The M-Series valve is specifically designed for mining applications.  This valve incorporates dual solid excluder springs to prevent solids from entraining themselves behind the seats in a floating ball design. The M-Series Valve utilizes our flanged seat design for easy reparability and maintenance.

M-Series valves are manufactured with high alloy materials to withstand the acidic attacks of the corrosive and erosive mining environment.This combined with advanced coating technology, that is specifically designed for mining services, results in a long-lasting durable valve in a full port configuration with quarter turn efficiency.

The M-Series metal seated ball valves optimally perform with the seat wiping the ball clean every stroke to allow for a fresh, tight seal each cycle. The coating composition technology allows for reduced corrosive effects from the acidic service along with hardness and durability to withstand the solids present in slurry applications.

This product is designed for straight through flow capabilities in mining applications. The laminar flow, non-turbulent activity, increases the life expectancy of the ball and seat set, reducing the chance of washout or erosion on the downstream seat. Other capabilities include anti-blowout proof shouldered stem, with nitrided bearing surfaces for smooth operation in any service condition.
